Emperor's Champion Giveaway: The winner is.....

The Black Templars are a fleet-based chapter, highly mobile, and ready to move where needed at a moment's notice. One Emperor's Champion has received new orders, and will be leaving my Oregon home for the abode of Skywatcher, of Opposition Force, where he will serve with honor against the enemies of the Emperor.
